I had a smooth experience using Coterie Party. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was looking for, which I always appreciate.

It worked well on my phone too, and checkout was simple. I did find myself expecting the instructions to be a little clearer in a couple spots, but overall it was easy to use and didn’t turn into a whole project.

I had to return an order and expected it to be a bit of a headache, like it usually is with some other stores. But this was really straightforward. The return process was simple, and the refund came through quickly too. Compared to a few competitors I’ve dealt with, this was a much smoother experience.

I’m usually not the type to care that much about party details, but apparently I do, because I was really happy when guests noticed the setup. One of the pieces came a little bent, which was annoying, but also not really a big deal since it still worked fine. It looked kind of fancy without feeling like I tried too hard, even though I definitely did want it to look nice. Overall, I was happy with it.

My order from Coterie Party actually showed up in great shape, which shouldn’t feel like a big deal, but with how some packages arrive these days, it kind of is.
The box was clean, not smashed, and the stuff inside was packed well enough that nothing was sliding all over the place. No crushed corners, no random tape mess, no weird damage that makes you wonder what happened in transit.

It’s such a basic thing, but I really do notice it. For once I didn’t have to open a package already annoyed, so that was a nice first impression.
